Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the incredibly friendly reception staff, especially Amanda, who made the check-in process a delightful experience. The air conditioning in my room was exceptionally effective, providing a cool sanctuary after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, as the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me find a lost earring during my stay, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The soundproofed rooms enabled me to enjoy peaceful nights of rest, free from any disturbances, which is a rarity in many hotels.
